Job Description


*Background* : Channel Sales Executive/FSOs of FMCG industry (2nd choice of industries being: Telecom, Bank, Consumer Durable and Pharma).
 Stores acquisition
 Relationship management with acquired/allotted stores.
 Daily field visits to the stores.
 Training and coaching store associates.
 Ability to understand metrics and work against goals
 Develop relationships and drive stores against operational goals
 Drive Engagement with stores
 Daily/weekly/monthly reporting
 Availability to work on flexible shifts.
 Tech savvy-MS Office, Smart phones
 Should own a 2-wheeler
 Knowledge of the local market
 Conversant in local language & English.
 Ready to handle customer deliveries at time.
*Expected Visit Frequency*
1- Net Take Home ( Rs. Per month) -14000
2-Gross (Rs. per month)- 15870\*
3 -Incentives (Max) -20% of monthly gross paid out quarterly.
4- Fuel reimbursement will as per existing rates of Rs 2.5/km. All other benefits like Accident Insurance & Medical Insurance will remain the same.
